Small Group Circuit Training
Led by Donna Anderson, this one hour class offers participants a personalized workout in a friendly environment. Each class will consist of cardiovascular, strength and core strengthening intervals done in a circuit style with varying intensity. Class is designed for anyone who wants to improve their fitness level. Space is limited to allow for individualized attention. All levels welcome! A great full body workout!
The winter dates are January 9, 2012 through March 16, 2012.
The cost for the ten week class is $180.
Mondays: 9:15am (0), 10:15am (2)

Participants can make-up missed classes during another scheduled class time when there is an opening available. A few make-up classes are also offered at the end of every session.
10 Pound Challenge
This program challenges participants to lose 10 pounds in 10 weeks by eating an appropriate amount of calories, making healthier choices, modifying portion sizes and timing the intake of meals to increase metabolism. Participants weigh-in at home each week and e-mail in their weight (confidential). A master list of everyone's first names, weight lost each week and total weight lost for the challenge is distributed each week along with tips to increase success, healthy recipes, group and individual support, and motivating articles.
Wednesdays: January 11, 2012 - March 21, 2012
The 10 Pound Challenge costs $35 for 10 weeks.
This program is done via e-mail so there is no need to live locally or be a current client.
If you have less than 10 lbs to lose but would still like to participate, let me know.
Kids Fitness Classes
Ths class is great for young athletes who want to develop their core strength and stamina, in addition to kids who just want to become more fit, coordinated and strong. Class formats will vary, but exercises will be personalized to meet the specific meeds of the individuals as well as offering basic fundamentals that are transferable to any sport, activity, or just everyday life. Nutritional concepts will be taught in a "kid friendly" way and participants will gain an understanding of the role nutrition plays in daily performance.
The winter session runs from January 17, 2012 - March 6, 2012. This eight week session costs $112.
Grades 1-5, Tuesdays 4:30-5:30pm
Grades 6-12, Tuesdays 5:30-6:30pm
Grades/ages are flexible based on the maturity, schedule and availability.
