CIRCUIT TRAINING

CLASSES

This one hour class offers participants a personalized workout in a friendly environment. Each class will consist of cardiovascular, strength, and core strengthening intervals done in a circuit style with varying intensity. This circuit training exercise class is designed for anyone who wants to improve their fitness level. Space is limited to allow for individualized attention. Participants will use a variety of equipment such as dumbbells, stability balls, medicine balls, kettlebells, rowing machine, slide board, battling ropes, BOSU, TRX straps and more! All exercises can be scaled for various fitness levels. A great full body workout! 

SUMMER SCHEDULE

Mondays: 8:00am

Tuesdays: 6:00am, 9:15am, 7:00pm

Thursdays: 6:00am, 9:15am, 7:00pm

Fridays: 8:00am

CURRENT SESSION

The Summer Session of Small Group Circuit Training begins on Monday, June 11, 2018, and runs through Friday, August 10, 2018 (no classes the week of July 2nd). The cost of this eight-week session is $144. There is a minimum of four and a maximum of eight for each class. Payment needs to be made at the time of reservation. We accept cash, check, Venmo, Quickpay, and Zelle. Many classes fill quickly, so don't delay! 

If you have a conflict, you are welcome to attend any other available class. Additional opportunities for make-ups will be held at the end of the session. Circuit training classes are led by Donna Anderson. 

Small Group Circuit Training

Fall II Session

The Fall II Session of Small Group Circuit Training begins on Monday, October 21, 2019, and runs through Friday, December 13, 2019. It is an eight-week session and the cost is $144. There will be no classes November 28-29. So, Thursday and Friday classes will be a seven-week session and the cost is $126. There is a minimum of four and a maximum of eight for each class. Payment needs to be made at the time of reservation. We accept cash, check, Venmo, Quickpay, and Zelle. Many classes fill quickly so don't delay! 

If you have a conflict, you are welcome to attend any other available class. Additional opportunities for make-ups will be held at the end of each session.
