This one-on-one session is designed with your specific needs in mind. The Pilates Reformer is a piece of equipment that provides resistance with a series of springs and straps. It will improve strength, coordination, flexibility, balance, and stability. All exercises are scaled to the individual participant. Reformer Pilates is being taught by Lennie Fenton.

$70 per private, one-hour session
Pilates is a body conditioning routine that helps build flexibility, muscle strength, and endurance in the legs, abdominals, arms, hips, and back. It puts emphasis on spinal and pelvic alignment, breathing, developing a strong core and improving coordination and balance. Pilates' system allows for different exercises to be modified in range of difficulty from beginning to advanced. Intensity can be increased over time as the body conditions and adapts to the exercises.

Winter 2 Session
The Winter 2 Session of Mat Pilates begins on Wednesday, February 3, 2021, and runs through Wednesday, March 24, 2021. It is an eight-week session and the cost is $144. Payment needs to be made at the time of reservation. We accept cash, check, Venmo, Quickpay, and Zelle. Many classes fill quickly, so don't delay! Due to COVID restrictions, all mat pilates classes will be held over zoom, until further notice.
Wednesdays: 6:15am, 8:00am
If you have a conflict, you are welcome to attend any other available class, including circuit training. Mat Pilates classes are led by Lennie Fenton.
