Reformer Pilates

This one-on-one session is designed with your specific needs in mind. The Pilates Reformer is a piece of equipment that provides resistance with a series of springs and straps. It will improve strength, coordination, flexibility, balance, and stability. All exercises are scaled to the individual participant. Reformer Pilates is being taught by Lennie Fenton.

$70 per private, one-hour session

Mat Pilates

Pilates is a body conditioning routine that helps build flexibility, muscle strength, and endurance in the legs, abdominals, arms, hips, and back. It puts emphasis on spinal and pelvic alignment, breathing, developing a strong core and improving coordination and balance. Pilates' system allows for different exercises to be modified in range of difficulty from beginning to advanced. Intensity can be increased over time as the body conditions and adapts to the exercises.

 

Pilates is good for everyone who would like to strengthen their core: from those beginning their fitness journey to advanced athletes, and even runners. Pilates can benefit anyone looking to improve their performance in a specific activity or just in everyday movements. 

Fall II Session

The Fall II Session of Mat Pilates begins on Wednesday, October 23, 2019, and runs through December 11, 2019. It is a seven-week session and the cost is $126 per class. There will be no Mat Pilates on Wednesday, November 27, 2019.  There is a minimum of four and a maximum of eight for each class. Payment needs to be made at the time of reservation. We accept cash, check, Venmo, Quickpay, and Zelle. Many classes fill quickly, so don't delay!

 

Wednesdays: 8:00am, 9:15am ($126) no class 11/27/19

If you have a conflict, you are welcome to attend any other available class, including circuit training. Additional opportunities for make-ups will be held at the end of the session. Mat Pilates classes are led by Lennie Fenton.
