Mat Pilates

Pilates is a body conditioning routine that helps build flexibility, muscle strength, and endurance in the legs, abdominals, arms, hips, and back. It puts emphasis on spinal and pelvic alignment, breathing, developing a strong core and improving coordination and balance. Pilates' system allows for different exercises to be modified in range of difficulty from beginning to advanced. Intensity can be increased over time as the body conditions and adapts to the exercises.

 

Pilates is good for everyone who would like to strengthen their core: from those beginning their fitness journey to advanced athletes, and even runners. Pilates can benefit anyone looking to improve their performance in a specific activity or just in everyday movements. 

Online Mat Pilates

Grab a group of friends from anywhere in the world or participate individually. Live mat pilates in your own home, office or community gym! Workout while your kids are sleeping or busy playing, quick lunchtime workout while working from home, keep up with your workouts while traveling, utilize your own equipment, scaled workouts to meet you where you are at! 30 minute session = $35

60 minute session = $70

Winter 2 Session

The Winter 2 Session of Mat Pilates begins on Wednesday, February 3, 2021, and runs through Wednesday, March 24, 2021. It is an eight-week session and the cost is $144.  Payment needs to be made at the time of reservation. We accept cash, check, Venmo, Quickpay, and Zelle. Many classes fill quickly, so don't delay! Due to COVID restrictions, all mat pilates classes will be held over zoom, until further notice. 

Wednesdays: 6:15am, 8:00am

If you have a conflict, you are welcome to attend any other available class, including circuit training. Mat Pilates classes are led by Lennie Fenton.

Lennie is an amazing Pilates instructor. I love the fact that she challenges me with every session and pushes me to give 100% with every workout. In less than a year I've seen new definition in my arms and a huge increase in my core strength and flexibility.
